Dr. Eunji Kim has approximately 10 years of experience in patent management in the fields of chemistry and pharmacy. She earned her Ph.D. in biochemistry from Ewha Womans University, specializing in combinatorial biosynthesis and metabolic engineering, with a focus on microbial utilization for medicinally important natural product biosynthesis. Upon joining CJ CheilJedang, she spent 6 years in the R&D Planning Team, where she managed research resources and drove open innovation, particularly in the field of synthetic biology. Later, she transitioned to a business development role at the headquarters in Seoul, leading the CDMO business based on CJ's mass production technology.
