Georg Baunach is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Hatch Blue, a specialised aquaculture and alternative seafood firm. Hatch’s activities span across four main business units: Venture Capital investments, consulting services, startup programs and the operation of The Fish Site news platform. Hatch has his offices in Norway, the US, Ireland and Singapore and made 40 investments globally. Georg is a molecular biotechnologist with a background in synthetic biology and holds a Masters in Management from London Business School.
