Due to rapid growth and recent commercialization, Inscripta has an opening for a Senior Customer Service Representative in San Diego, CA.



We are looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to help build our customer support team. This is a customer facing role. Responsibilities

  • Interface with both the Inscripta Commercial team and customers during initial setup, through quote to cash, and during post sale support.

  • Help develop and follow Quote through Sales Order processes, identify exceptions, and work to resolve with internal stakeholders.

  • Help configure and architect CRM solution to meet internal customer requirements.

  • Entering and releasing orders for shipment in a timely manner to meet customer requested ship dates, maintaining, and checking orders for accuracy and/or special handling instruction.

  • Work with sales, legal, planning, finance, operations, and other departments to resolve customer request for information or other related issues promoting a positive customer experience.

  • The position is also responsible for any other duties assigned.

Requirements

  • College degree is required ideally with a science background.

  • 3-5 years of order entry, order processing or administrative experience in customer facing service / support role preferred.

  • Strong customer service orientation – people truly come first.

  • Highly proficient computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and with standard CRM platforms.

  • Superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels, both senior management and peers.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, along with attention to detail.

  • Ability to take initiative and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements, and proactive nature to then drive great ideas into reality.

Inscripta offers a competitive base salary, bonus plan, benefits package, 401k match and an attractive equity program to all team members.  Base Salary Range: $70,000 to $80,000 per year. Base salary range provided per current averages and expectations. The salary and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
